Its capital is owned entirely by the firm’s partners and a few members of staff. All of them are directly
involved in the assignments carried out. SterWen is committed to this independence, which enables it
to guarantee its clients the highest level of sincerity and objectivity on its consulting assignments,
with total freedom of judgment.

The firm is also committed to upholding the rules set out by the European Federation of Management Consulting
Associations (FEACO), which highlights a firm's ability to “provide advice and assistance in total independence”
as an essential criterion.
