« Business school preparatory classes: why not me? »
Thanks to the company's review of its identity and strategy, SterWen is committed to corporate
citizenship in terms of its ethics, its history and its business activities. This enables SterWen to raise
awareness among its team members about a public interest cause.
The meeting of two worlds, that of school and business, corporate citizenship represents an excellent
means of promoting greater fulfillment for all involved, in terms of how they are different as well
as what they have in common.
In line with its core business, strategy and ambitions, SterWen has chosen to work for equal access
to higher education opportunities through a partnership with ESSEC and the dedicated “business school
preparatory classes: why not me?” program.
At the crossroads between solidarity and culture, this project is intended for high school pupils and
students with real potential who are ready to make the efforts required, but who come from modest
backgrounds, limiting their chance to access higher education. In this way, this program is opening up
wider opportunities for them.
To ensure its success, this ambitious project is based on an operational and financial commitment
by SterWen, which is drawing on its know-how and capabilities, as well as an individual commitment
by its consultants.
In 2008, we supported five students, enabling them to discover and better understand the business
world and in this way help them define their career goals. They will then choose the pathway
that is best suited for them to succeed.
